The 2023 Inclusion Summit: ACTivating Advocacy challenges our Rutgers-NB community to commit to action to enhance equity, inclusion, and diversity on campus. The Summit brings together students, postdoctoral researchers, staff, and faculty to learn strategies for promoting inclusion and equity, become inspired by the grassroots efforts taking place across campus, and build connections and partnerships as we work towards becoming a community.
