Tabitha Pierre

Tabitha Pierre, MBA serves as the Senior Program Administrator in the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In this role, she provides high-level executive and strategic support to the Vice Chancellor, oversees daily operations, and leads division-wide initiatives that enhance access and engagement across Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

Before joining Rutgers, Tabitha served as a Judge’s Secretary in the Essex County Superior Court of New Jersey. That foundation in executive-level support and discretion provided a strong platform for her transition into higher education administration.

Tabitha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University.
