Katherine Castro-Guillen (she/her/hers) is a Senior Program Coordinator for the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. She is a two-time graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, with a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Management and Policy. She is also an Ed.D. candidate with a concentration in Education, Culture, and Society at Rutgers-University New Brunswick. Throughout her role, she supports the stewarding and management of all programs administrative elements within the Educational Equity Group of the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement, including planning and coordination of program elements for 3rd and 4th year student cohorts. She also provides programmatic support for pre-college initiatives. Ms. Castro is an instructor for the Upward Bound Math-Science junior seminar in which she assists scholars with college exploration and preparation.
