Alim Jackson

Alim Jackson is the senior program coordinator for the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. He serves as the first point of contact for the office, managing daily operations and providing support for DICE initiatives. Alim was a standout lacrosse player at St. Benedict's Prep and Kean University. He has been at Rutgers since 2018 with roles at Express Newark and the Center for Government Services. Prior to joining Rutgers University, he served as Business Operations Coordinator for ABC/Disney. He has also worked at MTV, Nickelodeon, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN. He was part of the Emmy Award-winning Operations and Engineering team at Viacom CBS. He brings to the team innovative thinking and tenacity.
