Princeton University and Lee Turkey Farm Apple Picking Tour

When School Is Out.-…Upward Bound Math-Science is in session! October 9^th, Upward Bound Math-Science scholars went to Mercer Country to tour Princeton University and Lee Turkey Farm. Scholars were guided through Princeton University by an undergraduate Admissions Ambassador, learning about campus history, the admissions process, study abroad opportunities and ways first-generation students are supported on campus and other student life traditions. After our tour, scholars ventured over to Lee Turkey Farm for a historical and agricultural tour from the 5^th generation farm owner.  Scholars split into small groups to go apple picking, where each scholar was able to take home 5 lbs of apples.
