Thrive SSS Hosts: Student Empowerment Workshop

Thrive SSS is working in collaboration with Rutgers Career and Exploration Services for students to engage with two NACE Career Competencies, focusing on Self-Development and Professionalism. Specifically, this event will help students engage in conversation and situational exercises in discussions around how to show up as themselves personally and professionally. 

Students will also gain strategies to articulate their skills, strengths, knowledge, and experiences relevant to the desired position and career goals. This session will guide scholars to show up and "re-imagine" professionalism without losing one's self/ identity.
