Krista Klein is a student affairs professional with over 10 years of experience in various areas of higher education, including student support, recruitment and enrollment, academic and faculty engagement, student activities, service learning, and more.  Krista’s career has spanned across private and public institutions, with a long-standing commitment to Rutgers University for the past decade.  Krista has a Master of Arts degree from New York University’s Higher Education and Student Personnel Administration graduate program and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education at Rutgers University, where she hopes to study how disruption affects the experience of women student leaders - a theme throughout her higher education experience.  Krista currently serves as the Assistant Dean and Director for Student Outreach and First-Year Transition at the Rutgers University-New Brunswick Honors College, where she oversees the recruitment and enrollment process, as well as the first-year experience for Honors College students.
