Christina Chisholm, Ph.D., is the Director of the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program and Thrive Student Support Services. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and oversees the daily operations of program initiatives, ensuring they promote academic excellence, personal growth, and student access.

With over a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Chisholm has coordinated comprehensive academic and student support programs, as well as managed intensive summer research and postbaccalaureate preparation initiatives aimed at preparing students for graduate-level success. A passionate advocate for holistic student support, she is dedicated to creating supportive academic environments and empowering students to succeed.

Dr. Chisholm is a proud alumna of Lincoln University, where she completed her B.S. in Chemistry. She then earned her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
