Ashley Gomez-Jimenez

Ashley Gomez-Jimenez (she/her) is the Senior Program Coordinator for the Youth Mentoring program within the Pre-College Outreach Program in the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. In this role, Ashley oversees mentorship programming that supports students’ academic growth, personal development, and college readiness.

Prior to joining Rutgers, Ashley served as a Special Assistant on the Harris Presidential Campaign, participated in the White House Internship Program, and worked as an Outreach Specialist at Middlesex County. She holds a bachelor's degree in public policy from Rutgers University and is committed to expanding educational equity and empowering youth to reach their goals.
