Abby Rapisardi

Abby Rapisardi is the Assistant Director for Community Engagement and Programmatic Initiatives at the Collaborative Center for Community Engagement. She has several years of experience working in higher education with student engagement, program planning and communications. Her expertise and passion is in digital media, UX design, and communication strategies.

Prior to working at The Collaborative at Rutgers, she lead programming and mentorship for innovation scholars within the Office of Undergraduate Education. Before coming to Rutgers, Abby worked at Montclair State University in the International Student Services Office. She has a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Social Science and a Business Essentials Certificate from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and a Masters of Communication and Media (MCM) from Rutgers University.
