Equity Applied Workshop: First-Generation College Student Success

At Rutgers University we have the wonderful opportunity to support many first-generation learners during their educational journeys. But how can we do this effectively? During this session, we’ll center the lived experiences of, and research surrounding first-generation students, as we reflect on instruction that fosters academic thriving.
